How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
All Cimusa jewelry is handmade and generally ships within hours of an order being placed. However, during high-volume periods, it may take up to a week to process an order with free shipping. Express orders are considered priority and, barring unforeseen circumstances, will not experience processing delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipments are made via Poste Italiane. - Standard shipping is free within 5-6 business days - Express shipping is free within 1-2 business days for €7.90 Express shipping is free for all orders over €90.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Your order is processed as soon as it's placed, so you have limited time to change or cancel it. If you need to make changes, please email supporto@cimusashop.com as soon as possible.
How often are out-of-stock products replenished?
If a product is out of stock and a restocking is planned, it usually takes only a few days for it to be available again. Limited-edition products, especially those numbered and with a certificate of authenticity, are not restocked.
